Shemani Jayasinghe is a branding and communications professional with over 20 years of experience across advertising, brand management, and digital marketing. She brings a rare dual perspective to her work — having spent the first decade of her career in leading advertising agencies in Sri Lanka, managing strategy and client relationships across a diverse range of brands, before moving to the client side for the next 12+ years, building and growing brands across Australia, Sri Lanka, and the UAE.
Over the years, she has evolved her expertise into digital marketing, working closely with businesses to develop integrated, insight-led strategies that strengthen brand presence, improve engagement, and support long-term growth. Her experience across both agency and client environments has shaped her belief in helping businesses bridge the digital knowledge gap and take ownership of their communications.
She currently serves as General Manager at HeraMetrics (UAE), a company focused on AI-driven SaaS solutions and strategic business advisory. She is also MARCOMS Director at J.M. Robertson & Co, a Sri Lankan company in the specialty coffee and tea sector, which includes Department of Coffee, a café and retail concept with operations in Sri Lanka and Oman.
In addition, Shemani serves as Director – Marketing of the Sri Lanka Business Council UAE for the 2026–2028 term, supporting initiatives that strengthen business engagement, professional networks, and collaboration between Sri Lankan and UAE business communities

Jévon Raymond is a seasoned digital marketing professional with over 15 years of experience driving growth across emerging markets and global regions. As a Digital Marketing Consultant, he leads innovative multi-channel campaigns and performance strategies across diverse industries.
He has managed millions in paid media and SEO investments for both regional and international brands, including companies with eight-figure revenues. His work is grounded in data-driven decision-making, focused on building strategies that improve visibility, engagement, and measurable business growth.
Jévon has worked with brands such as Santani Wellness, The Fabulous Getaway, Shehroze, and Enadoc, developing and executing integrated digital strategies that have strengthened their online presence and improved conversion performance. Most recently, he led a performance marketing project for an online retail client, achieving over 40% year-on-year growth.
He also co-founded xDigital Solutions in 2018, a digital transformation startup where he helped businesses enhance their online presence through structured, data-led marketing approaches. Today, he continues to lead consulting work, supporting businesses across Dubai and Sri Lanka in building scalable digital systems.
